Today I am just re–posting a recipe I created for coconut oil over at Allergy Free Wednesday, and I also just put it on the bloggy list of Slightly Indulgent Tuesday too. Peanut butter cups, dairy free and delicious
all natural peanut butter, creamy works best.

To begin you need to make sure your coconut oil chocolate is warm enough to pour. Place a foil muffin cup on your chilled cookie sheet, and gently pour 1 Tbsp of coconut oil chocolate into the cup. Into this place 1 1/2 tsp peanut butter and gently spread it out a bit. Pour over the peanut butter another 1 Tbsp coconut oil chocolate, and you are done!!!
Make as many as you would like, it is pretty easy and fast, but the chilled cookie sheet helps to keep things separate and gives the peanut butter cups their sides.
