Recently I received a jar of Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil in the mail to test and review, and test it I did!!  I worked out many new recipes using this coconut oil, and even recreated my hair whip and hard lotion bar using it.  All of my tests were a success, this coconut oil is amazing, and we all love it, like whip it with butter and eat it on a bagel kinda love it:-)(Fancy Miss tried that one out!)

Baking, cooking, frying, I tried it all, and Topical Traditions Coconut Oil stood up to the highest heat, fried things perfectly, and never burned or made things taste “off” as many other cheaper brands can do.  It melts so smoothly, you can heat it, let it cool a bit then whip it up to use in place of shortening, works so well, this stuff is like magic in a jar!!!  I found that the Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil blended well whether I was making baked goods or salad dressings, without affecting the texture or overpower the flavor with coconut either.
